• Can you offer sample before place the order ?

  Yes, of course we can offer you samples.

• What is the lead time of sample ?

  Generally, the lead time of sample is 3 to 7 days, depend on detail items.

• What is your MOQ ?

  MOQ is base on detail order items, such as some item 200PCS will be full one 20’ container, so MOQ need to depend on detail items.

• How about the product package ?

  In generally, our packing is 1PC/gift box, and several PCS/carton.As well as we can packing the goods as customers’ requirements.

• What is your payment terms ?

  L/C , T/T, Western Union , money cash and others.

• What about the product guarantee period ?

  Product guarantee will be have 1 year, 2 year or 3 years, depend on different products.

• Will you offer English product operation manual ?

  Yes, all export products are with English operation manual.

• Is you products comply with the RoHS requirements ?

  We have RoHS test equipment in out lab, the fresh incoming materials must pass the RoHS test before.

• What is the leading time of delivery?

  In generally,
  35 to 45 days for the initial orders,
  30 to 40 days for the repeat orders.

• Which loading port is the nearest one to your factory?

  Shenzhen YanTian port is the nearest port to our factory. As well as you can choose SheKou or ChiWan port, same at Shenzhen.
